Day to Day Program
Day 1: Arrival in Kigali
Welcome to Rwanda.
Meet your Wild Bridge Voyage representative at the airport and transfer to your hotel in Kigali.
Depending on your arrival time, enjoy a short city tour or relax at your accommodation.
Overnight: Kigali.
Day 2: Kigali – Musanze
After breakfast, drive north toward Musanze and Volcanoes National Park.
Enjoy Rwanda’s spectacular countryside along the way, with views of the famous green hills and agricultural landscapes.
Arrive in Musanze and check into your lodge.
Overnight: Musanze.
Day 3: First Gorilla Trekking Experience
Rise early for breakfast before heading to the Volcanoes National Park headquarters.
After a briefing, begin your first gorilla trek with experienced guides and trackers.
Walk through the beautiful mountain forest in search of your assigned gorilla family.
After spending time with the gorillas, return to your lodge and enjoy a well-earned rest.
Overnight: Musanze.
Day 4: Second Gorilla Trekking Experience
Today offers another extraordinary encounter with Rwanda’s mountain gorillas.
After breakfast, return to the park headquarters for your second gorilla trekking experience.
Every trek is different. The forest, terrain, weather and behaviour of the gorillas create a completely unique experience.
After the trek, return to your lodge.
Overnight: Musanze.
Day 5: Musanze – Kigali Departure
After breakfast, drive back to Kigali.
Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy some free time in Kigali before your airport transfer.
End of Safari.
