Day to Day Program
Day 1: Arrival in Kigali
Meet your Wild Bridge Voyage representative on arrival in Kigali.
Transfer to your hotel and, depending on arrival time, enjoy a Kigali city experience.
Overnight: Kigali.
Day 2: Kigali – Musanze
After breakfast, depart Kigali for Musanze.
Enjoy the scenic drive through Rwanda’s rolling countryside before arriving near Volcanoes National Park.
Check in and relax.
Overnight: Musanze.
Day 3: Gorilla Trekking
After an early breakfast, proceed to the park headquarters for briefing.
Begin your trek through the mountain forest in search of your assigned gorilla family.
Spend the permitted viewing time observing the gorillas before returning from the forest.
Overnight: Musanze.
Day 4: Golden Monkey Trekking
Today, discover another unique primate of the Virunga ecosystem the endangered golden monkey.
After breakfast, head to Volcanoes National Park for your briefing and trek.
Golden monkeys are energetic and fascinating to watch as they move through the bamboo forest.
Return to your lodge after the experience.
Overnight: Musanze.
Day 5: Volcano Adventure
Today is dedicated to Rwanda’s spectacular volcanic landscape.
Depending on the selected volcano activity and conditions, enjoy a guided mountain experience around the Virunga volcanoes.
The day provides spectacular scenery and an opportunity to experience Rwanda beyond traditional wildlife safaris.
Overnight: Musanze.
Day 6: Musanze – Kigali Departure
After breakfast, drive back to Kigali.
Depending on your departure time, enjoy some final moments in Kigali before transferring to the airport.
End of Safari.
